collMaxStalenessSecs: number;

Around the 24h heartbeat the slowest-moving feeds (the stable ones) publish on. A feed whose price has not moved only writes a round once per heartbeat, so a tighter bound rejects prices that are merely unchanged.

One bound per leg, since the two feeds need not share a heartbeat; the default is the same value for both, which is the conservative choice when the pair is unknown.
