A 20-byte EVM address.

Checked here rather than left to viem, which is the only reason this is worth a parser at all: a base58 address pasted against an EVM chain otherwise travels as far as a contract call before failing as an unrelated decode error. The checksum is not verified — viem accepts any case, and rejecting a lowercased address an explorer produced would be an obstacle rather than a safeguard.
